Bellebonne & Champagne Dinner with Natalie Fryar.

Bellebonne was started in 2015, with the first release coming in 2017. Natalie Fryar left her corporate winemaking job as chief winemaker of a large sparkling brand to start her own company focused on the brilliance of Pipers River traditional method sparkling wine. She has devoted everything to getting the company off the ground, selling cars, houses and more to create wines that speak of where they are from and will tell a story for decades to come of the vineyard the fruit was grown in, who made it and what was happening at the time. The wines are like their maker – elegant, powerful, intellectual, bubbly and fun. Never overdone, they are perfectly balanced expressions of the vintage, the vineyard and Tasmania.
